Best Free iPhone and Android App Vocab Lite

Along with the spring semester of school for high school juniors comes wrapping up all of the things learned as well as getting ready to apply for college. Vocab Lab Lite is the free version of the full vocabulary tutorial available in the app store. The app functions much like going through flash cards. Line Runner, a new app available for the iPhone is currently free of charge for a limited time. It is developed by Robert Szeleney who also made the successful app Stick Stunt Biker. The point of the game is to jump and roll over obstacles as the screen quickly goes through a variety of courses. This mobile app features 10 different tracks to run on with the chance to get as far as possible on each one. As the tracks go on they get more difficult and the obstacles come faster. While the beginning levels are still considerably difficult, the harder levels are near impossible. Compete with other players on the Openfeint international online leaderboard and compare high scores. It is an addictive game that will help easily pass time filled with boredom.  Act fast while the app is still free to download as it is likely to be between one and two dollars.

Paper Toss is a hit game that stimulates the popular act of tossing a crumpled piece of paper into a trash can. The game is oddly addictive even though all of the different screens have the same ending goal. The game includes a variety of features that make it a great way to pass the time. With six levels of difficulty features and varying wind speed that effects the way the paper has to be thrown. It is just a simple finger flick across the screen that controls the speed and distance the paper is thrown. The hit game has already received well more than ten million dollars and is also completely free to download. Some of the new features include real office sounds as well as humorous verbal abuse from angry co-workers. In addition the players can connect to a worldwide online score board where they can submit scores and compare to other players.
