• Each galaxy you play in is entirely random so you will play in a completely different one each time
• This app fully uses the accelerometer in the iPhone and you can modify how sensitive the calibration will be, this helps you to customize your playing experience
• You can track all of you high scores for each game so that you can improve
• The game keeps track of all of your in-game statistics including how accurate your shot is, how many blobs you eat, and a lot more
• If you have to exit the game quickly to take a call then don’t worry.  Your game will be saved and you can resume it once you are done

Conclusion:

This game has a lot of replay value and you will find yourself enjoying the variety of different galaxies you can play.  Often, the simplest games are also the most fun.  Waste away hours while eating and shooting blobs.

Rollit Smartly FREE iPhone app Review

Description:

The Rollit Smartly Free iPhone app is no just another one of those boring free apps, it is a gem in and of itself.  You can play all kinds of different mazes, pick different ball sizes, and test your patience in this fun labyrinth ball thriller!  The game uses a realistic physics engine and boasts impressive 3D graphics.  You will start out the game in a certain spot and will have to utilize the accelerometer in order to move the ball through the maze until it reaches a certain designated spot on the table.  There are many obstacles to get past including gaping holes that will swallow your ball right up.

This game has a lot of replay value because it auto-generates levels, and you will find a lot of fun and satisfaction in this free iPhone app from Invictus.

• The gameplay found in the game is based off of a realistic physics engine so it will feel very realistic as you play
• There is a Carrier Mode that you can participate in that has over70 different levels that you will have to complete
• The graphics in the game are very impressive, everything is in real-time 3D graphics and you can see all of the different perspective changes as you tilt and turn your phone
• There are a few different types of tables that you can play on; they include labyrinth style tables, tables that have balls of different sizes, extremely challenging tables with a lot of holes you can fall down, and some very simple mazes that will help you get some practice
• There are almost an infinite number of levels that you can play in as they are auto-generated
• The game features a very relaxing and soothing soundtrack to help you concentrate
• There is the “one more to go” feature that you can use and it will get to you to keep playing for hours and hours
• Fully uses the phone’s accelerometer as you tilt and turn your ball to safety
• You can also listen to your own iTunes music during the game if you would rather do that

Conclusion:

The realistic physics engine and brilliant 3D graphics really help bring this game to life.  The other fun part is just how you can use the accelerometer to complete the level.  It is a fun app to showcase a lot of what the iPhone can do.

Shrek Kart FREE iPhone app Review

Description:

Shrek’s next great adventure comes in the form of the Shrek Kart FREE iPhone app.  You will race on over 15 different tracks that are located all over the land of Far Far Away.  You will have to be quick in order to knock off the other racers that are all competing for the Ye Grand Tournament Crown.  Enjoy a variety of original Shrek cast members as well as a few new additions.

This game is loaded with power-ups and obstacles that will keep the game interesting every time that you play it.  Enjoy the fast turns and the easy to control gameplay as you try and make sure that your Kart racer lives Happily Ever After!

• In the full version there are four modes that you can participate in while only having a single player:  They include the Tournament mode, the Single Race mode, the Arena mode, and the Challenges mode
• There are over 19 cups that you can compete for in the tournament mode and you can also try and accomplish all 72 challenges
• There is a multiplayer mode that you can play locally over Bluetooth and Wifi.  Challenge your friends and see who is the fastest!
• There are 10 different karts that you can choose from and each character has their own specific kart.  Each kart has unique abilities and strengths
• You can find over 11 different power ups throughout the game.  These will either work to protect you or help you attack another racer.  These include things like the cow that jumped over the moon and angry bees
• There are 10 characters to start out but a few that can be unlocked.  Choose from Ogre triplets, Gingy, Puss in Boots, Donkey, Shrek, Fiona, Pinocchio, the Big Bad Wolf, the 3 Little Pigs, and Farquaad’s ghost!
• There are fifteen different tracks that you can race on including three arenas and 12 speedways.  The environments are all rendered in beautiful 3D and they range from the Kingdom to the swamp
• You can also listen to your favorite songs from iTunes while you are trying to win the racing crown

Conclusion:

Very similar to Mario Kart, this game takes all of the good characters and magical creatures of the popular movie Shrek and transforms it into a quality racing game for the iPhone.  You will love the many different tracks to race on, the variety of characters, and the ability to gain power ups to help you be a better racer.
